Any misuse—including unauthorized data scraping, posting offensive content, or attempting to disrupt server functionality—will be considered a violation of our Terms and may result in account suspension or legal action.

2. Your Obligations and Conduct

2.1 When accessing or using this website, you agree to: (a) provide complete and truthful information if registering or submitting a request; (b) keep such information updated to reflect any changes; and (c) take full responsibility for managing your access credentials and securing your own systems. Codiant AI does not assume responsibility for data loss, user-side security breaches, or device-related issues that may arise during your use of the website.

2.2 You are fully responsible for any content, media, or data you upload or share through our platform. You must not transmit content that: (a) promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity; (b) includes personal information about others without permission; (c) infringes upon trademarks, copyrights, or patents; or (d) contains malware, spyware, or harmful scripts. Codiant AI reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or disrupts the integrity of our services.

2.3 Additionally, you agree not to misuse the website for activities such as: (a) distributing unsolicited emails or advertisements; (b) impersonating a representative of Codiant AI or another person; (c) manipulating metadata or links to mislead others; (d) making false claims about your relationship with any third party; (e) degrading user experience by engaging in trolling or disruptive behavior; (f) violating any national or international regulation, including cybersecurity laws; or (g) collecting personal data from users without explicit authorization.

3. Standard Services Terms

Codiant AI will make every reasonable effort to deliver its services and solutions within the timelines agreed upon in any signed contract or Scope of Work (SOW). However, we rely on timely collaboration from the client’s side to ensure efficient execution—including prompt sharing of relevant materials, feedback, and access credentials.

Delays or interruptions resulting from the client’s inaction, miscommunication, or failure to meet requirements are not the responsibility of Codiant AI. In such cases, the project timeline may be adjusted, and any resulting costs or rescheduling shall be discussed in good faith.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for the agreed project or deliverables, the client shall gain complete ownership of the final outputs produced by Codiant AI. This includes all custom-developed code, data models, or documentation created specifically for the project.

If any proprietary tools, frameworks, AI models, or reusable components developed prior to the project (“Pre-Existing IP”) are embedded in the deliverables, Codiant AI grants the client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that IP only as part of the final solution. Redistribution or commercial reuse outside the scope of the original project is not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranties

Except as explicitly mentioned in a signed agreement, Codiant AI provides all services and deliverables “as is” without any express or implied warranties. This includes—but is not limited to—warranties regarding suitability for a particular purpose, uninterrupted performance, or compliance with specific business outcomes.

While we strive to maintain the highest level of accuracy, security, and reliability, Codiant AI does not guarantee flawless operation under all conditions, especially when external systems or client-side integrations are involved.
